It all started with a belt I wore to tatters.

It fit me just right, so I set out to make another just like it.

I bought my first hides, cut leather lacing, knotted, braided, glued and sewed.

I like problem solving putting pieces together.

My interest in leather grew

making all kinds of belts, purses, totes, wallets, tassels!

I love the story leather tells: 

the barbed wire scratches, the brands,

colors & cowlicks, hair & hide.
